Denise was the third Knoxville based agent I contacted. We live in Michigan so I didn't know the area or reputation of local agents. The first one didn't call me back. The second one spent an entire day with me and when it came time to write an offer disclosed she didn't have her license and couldn't write an offer. So - I found Denise on Zillow - called her on a Sunday! Explained my situation while she was between showings with a different client. First, she was very professional and wanted to be sure she wasn't interfering in a pre-existing relationship. Once that was clear, she explained how crazy hot the market is and that we'd need to react quickly with virtual showings and electronic signings. She has a strong network with other agents and provided solid advise about how to win a deal without giving up inspection and appraisal rights (which the 2nd - unlicensed realtor was quick to recommend!) Gave us great recommendations for the inspector and then contractor we needed to fix some issues - which were not small or easy to negotiate. She was absolutely excellent! Wish I'd found her first! Highly recommend!
